Tellabs has activated their Emergency Response Team for the purpose of providing you with timely response throughout your recovery period. Tellabs has pulled together experts from Order Management, Supply Chain, Demand Management, Product Line Management, Customer Services and your Sales Account Executive for the sole purpose of assisting you in restoring traffic to your network.

 

To ensure proper tracking and follow-up on your calls for help, we request you start by contacting Tellabs Technical Assistance Center (TAC) 800#. The Tellabs TAC is staffed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Technical support can be reached at the numbers below.

When calling our TAC, please identify yourself as requesting support for “Hurricane Milton”. Your situation will be documented, prompting notification to our Emergency Response team. Throughout your recovery period, Tellabs Emergency Response team will provide you with updated information on product availability, personnel availability should you require on-site support, and logistics updates should equipment need to be re-routed to affected areas. Additionally, please feel free to call upon your local Tellabs Sales Representative for timely updates, specific equipment needs and priorities.
