Tellabs’ US Air Force specialist, and our partner Global Netwave, invite you to join us at the 1st Annual Enabling Distributed C2 Symposium set to take place at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Tacoma, Washington on February 1st and 2nd.
This event is meant to educate JBLM Pacific Forces Cyber, IT, and Communications warfighters on Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) in the Pacific Theater on cloud, cyber, data, intelligence, information technology, and networks. This will be accomplished by gathering together subject matter experts to discuss both operational and technical side of these initiatives.
Tellabs’ consultant John Taglieri (President, Mission Focused Consulting) will be delivering a presentation on day-2 (Feb 2nd from 1:00 to 1:30pm) titled “Passive Optical Networks: A Better Way to Build and Operate Networks.” Mr. Tagleri will speak to how Passive Optical LAN (e.g. PON, GPON, and/or 10 gigabit XGS-PON) is a building and base-wide connectivity technology that flattens and simplifies network design. It reduces network vulnerabilities (i.e. shrinks the network attack surface) and is ideal for Zero Trust Architecture. It has centralized intelligence with software-defined management. Furthermore, he will expand on how PON lowers total cost of ownership for agencies and is proven across all government markets.
If you’d like more information about Tellabs Optical LAN, you can connect with us on our social media outlets at Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, for other exciting announcements.
